Our newly developed Samifi Blockmatic combines the intelligent technique of our automatic platefreezers with the price wise interesting, manually loaded, horizontal platefreezers. Depending on your capacities you can load by one loading device in sequence onto several horizontal platefreezers all placed in one common enclosure. Of course, for larger capacities several of these so-called "modules" can be offered.
Operating process
Identical to the automatic platefreezer, the product carrier (Trays/Boxes) is transported up to the loading device.
At this stage the loading bar automatically operates and pushes the row of trays onto the freezing plate, which is positioned at the same level as the loading bar and loading conveyor belt.
The product rows are loaded in sequence, until the plate is completely full. The empty plates are then automatically raised and the next one is positioned at the same level as the conveyor belt and a new loading process begins
When all plates have loaded, they return to the bottom. As long as the plate stack remains in this position, two hydraulic cylinders apply an adequate pressure on the product to compensate the expansion of the product during freezing. Now the refrigerant can be fed into the plates and freezing process starts. The operator moves the loading device to the next freezer and a new load sequence begins.
During steady run of the system, the discharge of frozen product from the freezers is done simultaneously to the loading of fresh product.
At the end of the working process, when there is no fresh product to be loaded, the device is able to carry out the complete unloading.
The trays containing the frozen product are transported by our discharge conveyor belts further to a discharge area of your choice.
